We have three rooms licensed for civil ceremonies at the hotel: The Study, which can accommodate up to 12 people; The Conservatory, which holds up to 32 people; and The Drawing Room, which accommodates up to 75 people. Larger guest numbers can be catered for outside in a beautiful marquee.
A wedding ceremony can be booked on any day of the year except Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays, and be rest assured it will be the only one held at the hotel on that day.
Please make an initial appointment with our Wedding Manager, Catherine Haw, who will show you around the hotel and discuss your individual requirements. Once you have chosen your wedding date, we suggest that you contact the registry office to ensure a registrar is available on that date. Should you wish to confirm your reservation, we would then require a non-refundable deposit of £1000, which will be deducted from your final bill.
When hiring the Drawing Room or a Marquee for a wedding, you will be required to book all 18 bedrooms of the hotel for that evening and 6 on the night before. The hotel will then be yours exclusively from the time your wedding starts until the following morning.
