Grounds

Bibury Court is set in an unrivalled location of the Cotswolds. When you come down our driveway your breath will be taken away by the imposing building and beautiful front lawns.  We have six acres of grounds edged by the River Coln, where guests are welcome to enjoy a spot of private fishing. There is plenty of space for children to play safely with hidden nooks throughout (a hide and seek heaven), secluded areas in which to take romantic afternoon tea and a naturally growing orchard to explore.

The gardens have a varied collection of trees and shrubs with many of them over 100 years old; these include Plain Oaks, Lime Trees, Horse Chestnuts, a Paulonia and a Cedar.

Many parts of the grounds are underplanted with late winter and spring bulbs. With flowering shrubs and trees lining a large herbaceous border Bibury Court produces a wonderful year round floral display.
